Marcia teaches a series of classes called
Comprehensive Preparation for Natural Birth.
These classes include:

• Learning about the process of birth
• Different techniques for pain managment such as relaxation, visualization, breathing techniques, position changes to enhance progress of labor and increase your comfort
• Infomation about routine medical interventions in childbirth and how to avoid them
• The emphasis of the class is working with your body to enhance your experience of birth.
