As a International Board Certified Lactation Consultant, Marcia provides a full range of lactation education and support services including:

• Home Visits
• Breastfeeding consultation, education and support - telephone or in-home in the days and weeks following your baby's birth
• Breastfeeding classes
• Breast pumps and supplies available
• Birth doula services include lactation consultation at no additional cost to families
  
  Marcia teaches two different breastfeeding classes:
• Getting Started with Breastfeeding - a prenatal class to prepare you for the first weeks of nursing
• Working and Breastfeeding - a class for working mothers who want to continue nursing their babies
  
  Each class is 2.5 hours long and is offered in your home at your convenience.
  
  Marcia spent one summer in an educational collaboration with the lactation consultants at an area hospital enhancing her experience working with breastfeeding mothers of newborns and high risk babies in the N.I.C.U.
