I'd love to connect via email! Please include your name and a few details about what you're seeking.

Full Spectrum Doula

I offer full-spectrum doula services, bodywork, and herbalism for holistic reproductive wellness. Though you are your best advocate and healer, it would be my honor to walk alongside you as a witness and support in your prenatal time, birth, postpartum, abortion, or loss. I see it as a great gift and honor to serve families and individuals of all backgrounds and intersections of identity as they move through these portals of transformation. Further details on my offerings are available on my website.

I am an inclusivity and trauma-informed care partner. It is my passion to co-create spaces of autonomous healing, consent, justice, sacredness, presence, and nourishment with my clients, in all stages of reproduction.

As a doula, my qualifications include: DONA Birth Doula training with Ana Paula Markel of Bini Birth; Full-Spectrum Doula Training with Sabia Wade of Birthing Advocacy (in-progress); and Consent/ Autonomy Workshops with Cristen Pascucci of Birth Monopoly.

I am also a Licensed Massage Therapist. In 2017 I opened Heart Alchemy Massage after completion of East-West Healing Arts Institute's acupressure and bodywork program. I am deeply grateful to have been passed the wisdom of sound healing, acupressure, deep tissue massage, prenatal, and postpartum bodywork modalities. Tema Mercado's Postpartum Belly Binding training is a current area of study.

Additionally, I have over seven years of intensive self-study and with various teachers in bioregional, nourishing, and Traditional Chinese Medicine herbal and nutritional practices. I owned a small herbal business for two years, and continue to offer personalized herbal formulations, consultations, and food-as-medicine to my community.

All of these practices help me cultivate mindful and heart-centered presence, as well as bringing practical tools and understandings of the physiology and anatomy of the body, in birth, postpartum, and beyond. I honor the powerful lineages of healers that came before me when I work with plants, bodies, and reproduction.

Fee: $400-$1200 sliding-scale for birth doula services; $25/ hr for postpartum services; inquire for other doula support fees.

Certifying Organization(s): I will be a BADT Certified Full-Spectrum Doula by June 2021.

  • Wild Food and Medicine Certificate from Moonwise Herbs
