Full Spectrum Doula ​

Currently, because of full-time parenting a toddler, my care focus is mostly on postpartum support, but I have attended many births and am always astounded and honored to be present and supportive for the miracle of life. In my support, I include herbal remedies, nourishing (and when applicable) ancestral meals, ceremonies and rituals, spiritual counseling, energy-work, sound healing, postpartum losing ceremonies, deep and active listening, nonjudgemental support, trauma-informed care, and bring connection to a network of other caregivers, bodyworkers, and resources if needed.

As a mixed queer, non-binary Mama of 2, my goal is to make this work accessible to all who need it, especially poor folks, BIPOC, LGBTQIA2S+ communities.
