Full Spectrum Doula

As a full spectrum doula and educator, I offer support and education around conception, pregnancy, birth, loss, postpartum, abortion, and other reproductive experiences. My practice is evidence-based, trauma-informed, inclusive, and affirming. I believe that all people deserve meaningful, non-judgmental, educational, informational, physical, and emotional support (and love!) while navigating any situation, expected or otherwise.

Hey, y'all! My name is Tori Freund (she/they) and I am a trained and certified full-spectrum doula and educator, living and working in Milwaukee, WI. As a queer nonbinary person, it's important to me that the work I do is inclusive and affirming. When I first became a doula, I was hesitant to get “too close” to my clients. As I’ve grown in this work, I’ve accepted that it is my nature, and perhaps even the nature of this work, to love and care. Oftentimes, I treat my clients and friends as family, supporting them with my compassion and relationship skills as much as my technical knowledge and expertise. I am a passionate supporter of the pregnant people I work with, as well as a skilled and passionate researcher and reproductive health nerd. As a full-spectrum doula, I work not only with people who are building families and birthing babies, but also with people navigating other reproductive experiences, like loss and abortion. As a queer nonbinary person, it's important to me that the work I do is inclusive and affirming.

Fee: $0 to 1800
I offer payment plans for my birth and postpartum work. My loss and abortion support are free through my community fund. I will be offering discounts and scholarships for my childbirth education classes!
